AT THE SUPPLY COUNTER
Questions before your first order?
Who can buy from BHW?
Our trade program is for water-treatment businesses, plumbers, installers, and other contractors sourcing equipment for their jobs. Send your business details for account review and contractor pricing.
Is there a fee or minimum order?
Account review is free. There is no membership or access fee and no minimum order quantity. Start with one system, or request a quote for several jobs. Approval does not create a credit account.
Where are the contractor prices?
Request your equipment selection or the contractor price list below. BHW confirms account eligibility and provides a written equipment quote. Applicable tax, freight or delivery, and any separately requested services are identified before payment.
Can I sell it as my own installed package?
Yes. You purchase the equipment from BHW, set your own customer price, and manage your installation and customer relationship. Equipment is supplied without BHW promotional branding. You are welcome to add your own company logo and labels. Keep manufacturer, model, serial-number, safety, and certification labels intact. Custom label design, printing, and application are handled by your business.
Can I brand the units with my own company logo?
Yes. Our units arrive without BHW promotional labels, and contractors may apply their own company branding. You supply and apply your labels; custom label production is not included. Leave all manufacturer, model, serial-number, safety, and certification labels visible and intact.
What is included with a system?
Each catalog entry explains the treatment layout and published specifications. Your written quote confirms the supplied configuration, included components, selected RO and faucet, and any accessories. Additional plumbing supplies, salt, labor, and site-specific work are not included unless itemized.
Do you have stock ready today?
Availability and lead times are confirmed for each order. Catalog listing does not guarantee local stock, same-day pickup, or immediate shipment. Get your fulfillment date confirmed before booking a customer’s installation.
Can you deliver or ship to my job?
Tell us your delivery ZIP and whether it is a job site or business address. BHW confirms delivery or shipping availability, timing, receiving requirements, and any charge in your quote. Pickup arrangements are confirmed individually; there is no advertised walk-in warehouse.
How do ordering and payment work?
Send your selected equipment and quantities. We review your business account and application, confirm availability and fulfillment, then send a written quote and payment instructions. Payment is required before fulfillment is scheduled. Submitting this form is not an order, payment, or automatic account approval.
What if I need sizing help?
Send the source-water results, household demand, and site details. We can help review equipment options and requirements. Well-water recommendations require appropriate testing. The installing contractor remains responsible for installation, settings, startup, and site suitability.
Who handles warranty, parts, or damaged deliveries?
Contact BHW with the model, purchase reference, and problem before arranging equipment repairs. We review warranty terms and part availability for that model. Inspect deliveries, record any visible damage, and contact us promptly. Return eligibility, freight, restocking charges, and any special-order restrictions are confirmed before purchase; do not send equipment back without authorization.
Does BHW supply replacement filters and media?
Ask for the matching cartridges, membranes, media, and other replacement parts for your model. Availability, price, and lead time are confirmed individually. A catalog system listing is not a promise that every service part is locally stocked.
Are installation services included?
No. This is an equipment supply offer for the trade. You control the customer’s installation scope and labor pricing. Any separately requested BHW service requires its own written scope and price.
