Good questions.
Clear answers.
Have something else on your mind?
Talk to a water specialist ↗Do I need an in-home sales appointment?
Not automatically. If you already have a water test or quote, we can start remotely. A specialist will confirm whether additional testing or an installation assessment is needed before finalizing your system.
Can you compare a quote I already have?
Yes. Share the price and what it includes. A photo or PDF is helpful, but optional. A real specialist will review equipment, treatment approach, installation, warranty, and price.
How soon can my system be installed?
Tell us your preferred timeline. We'll confirm equipment availability, your installation requirements, and available appointment times before making a commitment.
Do you treat both city and well water?
Yes. City and private-well water can need different approaches. Well-water treatment especially should begin with appropriate testing before any definitive equipment recommendation.
What does my installed price include?
Your written proposal identifies the selected whole-home system, kitchen RO if selected, installation scope, warranty, taxes, and total price. The current city-water bundle includes HW800 AlkaPro tankless RO. Traditional tank RO remains available separately. Review the exact equipment and inclusions before deciding.
Is a water checkup a water test?
No. The online checkup is educational. It helps you describe your concerns, but it does not measure water chemistry or establish water safety. The only way to know exactly what's in your home's water is to test it with the appropriate tests.
